I’ve always been enchanted with the tranquil beauty that is Forest Lawn Cemetery and of the statues that adorn many of the graves. I wanted to do a photo study of the statues — many over 100-years old — standing stoically over graves that have been long since forgotten. Replete with moss, lichen, insects, and webs, they individually and collectively harbour life, as they tower over death.
